• Sessions are non-transferable and require advance booking.

2. Payments & Cancellations

• Payment must be made in full prior to the scheduled session.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session fee.

• No-shows or late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

• All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing coaching services.
